24-Hour Roadside Assistance

Premiere Optimum Used Vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6-months and 10,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, of 24-Hour Roadside Assistance.

If a vehicle is still within the Manufacturer’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty period, it’s covered by GM Roadside Assistance. By calling 1-800-268-6800 a service operator is dispatched to the scene. Should this service not remedy the problem, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest GM Dealership or GM authorized repair facility. In addition, a winching service is provided to pull your vehicle out of mud and snow, up to a maximum benefit of $100 per occurrence.

If a Premiere Optimum Used Vehicle is a non-General Motors vehicle and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty, you are covered by that manufacturer’s Roadside Assistance Program; if any.

Note: If the manufacturer of your non-GM vehicle, which is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, does not offer a Roadside Assistance Program, General Motors will provide six months or 10,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, of GM Roadside Assistance from the date of vehicle purchase.

If a Premiere Optimum Used Vehicle has less than 6 months and 10,000 km of remaining Manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty, General Motors will provide 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, of GM Roadside Assistance from the date of purchase.

If your vehicle is disabled and you’re a minimum of 250 kilometres from home, a Trip Interruption reimbursement allowance will be provided to help pay for:

  1. Reasonable expenses (meals and lodging) up to a maximum of $175 per day, and/or
  2. Alternate transportation up to a combined maximum of $500 per incident.

This benefit is subject to a $200 maximum per occurrence.
