Jeff Patterson and Alex Grotto were absolutely amazing. I went from a 1994 town car to a 2024 Buick Encore and Jeff Patterson walked me through every step of the way and made it an easy transition. His customer service skills are well beyond what I ever expected. He was very patient with my boyfriend’s Dad and I through multiple visits and questions.
